Therapy Services
I work with individuals and couples in a professional office audiovisual Telehealth format. My clients range in age from early through older adulthood.

A typical therapy session is 50 minutes
Superbills provided and out-of-network; limited sliding-scale

A GFE (Good Faith Estimate) is provided once an initial appointment is scheduled
Specialties
Many of my clients seek help because of problems with anxiety, or to better manage emotional struggles resulting from challenging or unexpected life changes, grief, difficulties at work, parenting issues, interpersonal problems, or sleep difficulties.

I also specialize in helping clients with chronic medical problems cope with daily life struggles and achieve emotional acceptance.
My clients come from a diverse range of backgrounds, lifestyles, and professions.
